You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, using strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills to translate business needs into actionable requirements that accelerate delivery and improve productivity.**Key Responsibilities:*** Engage with stakeholders and executives to gather, clarify, and validate requirements through active listening, insightful questioning, and collaborative communications.* Translate business needs into explicit, structured Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and ensure prioritization to deliver meaningful business impact.* Identify gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce rework.* Partner with quality assurance team to support testing and ensure the final deliverable meets the acceptance criteria against requirements.* Adapt to changing priorities and proactively collaborate with both technical and business teams to maintain progress across your portfolio.**The Skill Set:**Must-haves* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.* 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role* Proven experience creating BRDs and managing requirements end-to-end for reporting,
