In this position as an IT Technical and Application Support Analyst, you will cater to the technical needs of WCRL. Your core responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, supporting users, and maintaining network connectivity. You will also help with system upgrades, documentation, and ad-hoc projects while being integral in building a team-oriented team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for operating systems and network issues
• Investigate and resolve technical problems promptly




• Assist users with remote support and coaching
• Perform software upgrading and testing tasks
• Create and maintain IT knowledge base documentation
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in technical support roles
• Strong customer service and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with Windows hardware and software applications
• Prior experience with helpdesk ticketing systems
• Willingness to travel within the Lower Mainland
