ServiceMaster Clean is looking for reliable and motivated Full time and Part-Time Janitorial Team Members to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong attention to detail, and are committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services.

Available Shifts
Evening shifts
Weekend shifts
Some daytime shifts
On-call project work (primarily Monday to Friday, daytime)

Responsibilities
Clean and disinfect office, industrial, commercial, and medical facilities
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
Clean washrooms, lunchrooms, and high-touch areas
Empty waste and recycling bins
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and maintain high-quality standards

Specialized Opportunities We are also seeking experienced team members for:
Floor stripping and waxing




Carpet and upholstery cleaning
Post-construction cleaning
Move-out cleaning

Qualifications
Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred
Experience in office, industrial, commercial, or medical cleaning is an asset
A clear CPIC (Criminal Record Check) is required
Valid driver's license is an asset, but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned duties
Robust work ethic with pride in delivering quality results

Job Types: Full-time, Part time Pay: From $17.80 per hour
