Lincoln Inn Fredericton is looking for a Front Desk agent. Often, this is the first and last person a guest comes in contact with. It is very important that the individual possesses a solid outgoing personality, with an ability to pay close attention to details.

Duties and Responsibilities
Greet guests with smile and answer their questions as required.
Check in/check out guests in a friendly and professional manner ensuring accuracy of all information/billing
Compute bills and collect payments from guests
Observe and report any security or other issues to the Manager
Count and verify cash, shift activity, keys and gift certificates
Clean and tidy front desk area and lobby
Clean Breakfast room
Set up breakfast room supplies for next day
Consistent, professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests and associates
Comply with policies and procedures. Practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security and emergency procedures

Required skills and abilities
High school graduate or equivalent
previous customer service experience (hotel experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Bilingual (preferred not necessary)
Available to work any day of the week including weekends, holidays and evening shifts.
Strong computer skills
Reliable
Hours of work will be from 7pm to 11pm-minimum 4 shifts a week

Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.90 per hour
