Papa John's Pizza is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused In-Store Team Member to join our team. We are seeking someone with previous restaurant or pizza store experience who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and qualified attitude.
Take customer orders accurately in-store and over the phone.
Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Papa John's quality standards.
Ensure food is prepared safely and efficiently while maintaining consistency.
Keep the kitchen, front counter, and dining area clean and organized.
Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily store operations as required.

QualificationsRequired
Previous experience in a restaurant, pizza store, or quick-service restaurant.




Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Preferred
Experience preparing pizzas or working in a similar kitchen environment.
Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food Safe Certificate is considered an asset.
