We're seeking a Finance Manager to play a key role in our financial operations. Working closely with our Director of Finance, this position is designed to assume increasing responsibility over time and offers an excellent long-term career opportunity.
You'll manage program costing, financial analysis, cash flow and accounting while helping ensure the financial success of hundreds of educational travel departures each year.
What You'll Do
Manage program costing, re-costing and profitability analysis for educational travel programs.
Review and maintain program budgets using supplier contracts, historical costs and operational data.
Analyze financial performance and recommend budget adjustments.
Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
Oversee accounts payable, EFT payments and vendor management.
Coordinate payroll and maintain accurate financial records in Sage.
Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
Provide leadership and continuity across finance operations.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
Strong budgeting, financial analysis and reconciliation skills.
Advanced Excel skills; Sage experience is an asset.
Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
