We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a solid understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves hands-on tasks that contribute to the beautification and upkeep of various landscapes, ensuring that gardens and outdoor spaces are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.
Duties
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to maintain gardens and landscapes.
Dig, plant, and build garden beds or other landscape features as required.
Assist in the installation of new landscaping projects, including trees, shrubs, and flowers.
Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in valuable working order.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications
Must have access to a vehicle (truck or van mandatory)
which can transport equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, etc.
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required.
Robust mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools effectively.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
