Required Experience
2 Year of Construction experience.
1 year of Hardscaping experience.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Landscape Technician/LEAD HAND
Take direction and assist in completion of daily goals.
Assist in the installation of stone walkways,



patios, steps, and walls.
Assist in the installation of trees, shrubs, sod, rock gardens, planting beds.
Learn and follow company practices to ensure work completed is on par with the Blue Aspen standard.

Required Skills
Ability to repeatedly lift and move 50+ pounds.
*Experience using quick-cut or concrete saws
Organizational and problem-solving skills.
Robust work ethic and a positive attitude.
Solid communication skills.

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
