Job Summary:

We are looking for a French Software Functional Tester with solid QA experience to validate and ensure the quality of contact center applications. The candidate should be fluent in French and English and have experience testing enterprise applications, customer service platforms, and bilingual user experiences.

Roles and responsibilities:
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for contact center applications.
Test IVR, CTI, CRM integrations, chat, email, and voice applications.
Validate application workflows and customer journeys in French and English.
Create test cases, execute test scenarios, and document test results.
Log, track, and verify defects using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams.




Support UAT activities for French-speaking users.
Ensure localization, usability, and accessibility standards are met.

Required Skills:
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
4–6 years of experience in functional software testing.
Experience testing enterprise or contact center applications.
Knowledge of QA processes, test planning, and defect management.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
Robust analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to Have:
Banking/financial services domain experience.
Experience with IVR, telephony, CRM, or voice application testing.
Exposure to automation tools like Selenium or Cyara.
Knowledge of performance or localization testing.
