Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Ironworker Foreman to join our team. This role is ideal for ironworkers with 5 years of structural steel or miscellaneous steel experience. This is an active ironworking position in which the foreman will be performing fabrication and installation while overseeing a small team.
Key Responsibilities :
Clear understanding and interpretation of shop drawings
Fabricate and install miscellaneous and structural steel components safely and efficiently
Perform welding using SMAW processes
Maintain high standards of safety and quality
Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and timelines
Provide explicit direction to team members on fabricating and installing steel per drawings
Qualifications :
CWB Certified Welder (SMAW)
– all positions
5 years of structural and miscellaneous steel experience
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
Comfortable working on-site in the field
Valid driver’s license required
Must be able to pass a criminal record check
