As a Regional Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of WOW locations in Ontario, ensuring safety and compliance while enhancing efficiency and profitability.

You will leverage your 10+ years of fleet management experience to perform site evaluations, lead operational integrations, and support management in achieving key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and communicate operational improvement needs
Perform operational diligence for acquisitions
Mentor and support WOW location management
Evaluate business challenges and provide solutions
Work with COO to develop operational strategies

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
10+ years in fleet management with P&L; responsibility
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to travel 75% of the time
Active driver's license
