We are seeking an energetic and reliable Labourer to join our agile team! Duties
Assist with site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies using manual or mechanical means
Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and passing tools or materials as needed
Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing appropriate protective gear at all times
Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, mixing concrete, or assisting with framing under supervision
Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance




Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of quality

Qualifications
Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or related manual labor roles is preferred but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to adhere to company policies
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction or maintenance work is advantageous
Willingness to learn recent skills and take on diverse responsibilities as needed
