Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment
Positive communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly




Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team coordination
Prior experience in road construction with watermains, storm and sewers is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Should have own safety boots, safety vests and hard hats
Have a valid license and be able to get to various work sites.

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
