Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented heavy-duty cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a solid work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Expected Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm

July 29 to August 7

Duties
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for maintenance and cleaning tasks.
Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.
Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility occupants.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and special projects.




Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.

Job Requirements
Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks is a plus.
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
A keen eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are upheld.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
