Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will co-chair committees focused on Falls Prevention and Protected Resident Handling & Mobility. This role requires effective leadership and a commitment to person-directed care in the long-term care setting. Key Responsibilities:
Complete assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
Supervise physiotherapy assistants and educate staff
Collaborate to set care plan goals with the team
Co-chair Falls Prevention and Safe Handling committees
Foster a supportive team environment Requirements:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
License in positive standing from Nova Scotia College
Experience in in-patient or long-term care settings
Strong leadership and organizational skills
