Become a pivotal part of RESA Power as an Electrical Field Technician. Engage in vital testing and repair of high voltage systems, emphasizing customer satisfaction and technical excellence. In this role, you will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair transformers and circuit breakers across different locations.

Your ability to manage client relationships and help expand project scopes will be key to your success. You'll also mentor less experienced technicians while maintaining a robust focus on safety standards and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct troubleshooting and fluid testing on transformers
Recondition SF6 and air circuit breakers
Finalize and document quality control measures




Collaborate with team members for effective project completion
Manage travel and scheduling for site operations

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years' experience in electrical maintenance
Post-secondary education in related field or Journeyman certification
Proven problem-solving abilities
Solid computer skills for reporting and data input
Valid driver's license, CDL optional
