We are hiring three Paint Line Operators responsible for loading unloaded components on automated lines and performing routine quality checks.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to safety and have the ability to adapt to shift rotations. In-house training, including specialized respirator protocols, will be provided to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities:
Operate paint line and maintain equipment effectively
Perform troubleshooting on equipment malfunctions
Ensure paint quality by checking viscosity and thickness
Complete required documentation and inspection tasks
Support cross-training and adapt to different roles

Requirements:
Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
Availability for all three shifts
Physical capacity for standing and lifting tasks
Robust communication, detail-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills for logging production
