Responsibilities
Greet festival attendees warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
Present and demonstrate jewelry products confidently, highlighting features and advantages to encourage purchases
Assist customers with product selections, upselling additional items to maximize sales opportunities
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
Maintain attractive product displays through effective merchandising and organization
Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure all products are well-presented throughout the event
Communicate product information clearly in multiple languages if applicable, ensuring all customers feel valued and understood
Requirements
Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred, especially in jewelry or fashion accessories
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to perform basic math for cash handling and POS transactions
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management
Ability to stand for extended periods and work versatile schedule during the festival duration
Tech-savvy with familiarity using POS systems, tablets, or other sales technology tools
Friendly phone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills to connect with customers effectively
Proven time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
