Responcibilities:
Dispatcher
Schedule and dispatch crews to job sites throughout the Lower Mainland.
Coordinate daily staffing and respond to schedule changes or emergency call-outs.
Communicate with clients, supervisors, and field crews to ensure projects run smoothly.
Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed.
Prepare and distribute daily work assignments and job information.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch, staffing, schedules, and project updates.
Support field staff by resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Work closely with management to ensure safe, efficient operations.
TCPs and LCTs
Direct and manage traffic flow at construction sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members and the public to relay important information.
Monitor site conditions and implement safety measures to protect workers and pedestrians.
Collaborate with construction teams to facilitate smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
