Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and thoroughly
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
Assist with basic food handling tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and restocking dishware
Support kitchen staff by ensuring all items are available for food preparation and service
Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and operating dishwashing machinery




Keep work areas tidy and organized to promote a safe and efficient environment
Contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere by communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors

Experience
Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality workplace is preferred but not required
Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling, or food service experience is advantageous
Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in food establishments
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving heavy items
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
