PO-KE is looking for qualified and friendly Fast Food Counter Staff to work in a quick service food establishment. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to customer satisfaction and continued company growth. Part/Full Time evenings and weekends.

Job Duties
Greet and welcome customers when entering and leaving PO-KE establishments.
Efficiently and effectively operate POS System
Take customer orders in person, over the phone and through delivery partner platforms
Prepare the customers food and drink orders.
Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations
Confirm and double check that all ordered items are received by guests
Up-sale on additional menu items and add-ons.
Knowledgeably answer customers questions regarding PO-KE’s, including but not limited to the menu (ingredients, special orders, allergies), general information (hours and locations).
Maintain stock
Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas,



including storefront, windows, countertops, floors, washrooms, furniture, etc.
Food prep
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Reliable, dependable and can work independently and as a team
Excellent English communications skills – oral and written
Superior problem-solving abilities; able to handle difficult situations and/or customers
Qualified, positive and proactive
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time

Qualifications:
Previous experience in Customer Service
Attention to detail and mathematical skills
Experience working in food establishment preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $15.00 per hour
