Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations. This role is essential in supporting the overall food service experience by providing a clean and organized workplace for food preparation and service.

Duties
Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas in accordance with health and safety standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
Support kitchen staff by ensuring all necessary utensils and equipment are clean and available for use
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met
Dispose of waste properly and maintain an organized dish area for easy access




Adhere to all safety protocols related to kitchen sanitation and equipment operation

Skills
Experience in cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment with attention to detail
Basic understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation and service support
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Previous restaurant or hotel experience is a plus but not required
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff
