We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, dishes, and utensils in a fast-paced hospitality workplace. This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and providing excellent service to our guests.
Previous restaurant or hotel experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. The Dishwasher will play a vital role in supporting food preparation and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Duties
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using appropriate cleaning procedures.
Assist with food handling tasks as needed, including cleaning kitchen surfaces and equipment.
Support the kitchen staff by ensuring all dishware is available for food service and food preparation.
Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Help with light food preparation or serving duties during busy periods if required.
Follow proper food handling protocols to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times.
Assist in waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the kitchen environment clean and organized.
Experience
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous.
Experience with food service or food preparation tasks can be beneficial for supporting overall kitchen functions.
Robust attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment are essential qualities for success in this role.
Pay: $17.20-$23.39 per hour
