Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Cannabis retail store. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and must have previous cannabis experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness
Handle cash transactions, deposits, and maintain accurate records of daily sales
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and objectives
Qualifications:
Proven cannabis experience in sales management and retail operations
Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette
Ability to supervise and delegate tasks effectively
Experience in conducting interviews and managing payroll
Knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends
