Participate in health and safety reviews and policies
Optimize operations to enhance production efficiency




Develop equipment line-up sheets in compliance with site protocols
Utilize Fleet Control and digital tools for equipment efficiency
Mentor team members to achieve operational targets

Requirements:
Minimum three years mining experience
At least one year of WENCO Fleet Management System experience
Strong digital literacy and a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Willingness to obtain a valid Shift Boss ticket
