Required Skills
Proficiency in managing user devices using Microsoft Enterprise Applications such as SCCM and Intune
Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex desktop and device issues
Experience with incident and request management processes




Familiarity with software deployment and asset management procedures
Knowledge of video conferencing technologies for remote user support
Understanding of service transition, compliance standards, and process improvement
Excellent communication skills in both English and French, essential for user interactions
Certifications like MCSA and ITIL Foundation are preferred and will strengthen your profile
Relevant certifications (MCSA, ITIL Foundation) highly desirable
Proven experience supporting enterprise-level end-user environments in a similar role
Bilingual fluency in English and French

Ability to adapt to a rapid-paced environment with diverse user needs
Ability to work in office 4 days/ week
