As an Automotive Technician, you will be required to:
Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections per Ontario regulations.
Use diagnostic tools and follow OEM repair guidelines.
Maintain repair records and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
Collaborate with service advisors and mentor apprentices if needed.
Conduct preventive maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, etc.)
Requirements:
310S Certification (Licensed)
Strong mechanical & diagnostic skills
Experience in a dealership or independent shop
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift
Professional attitude & teamwork skills
Summary As a Technician, you will be integral to the maintenance and repair of automotive systems,
utilizing your mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will conduct diagnostics, perform heavy lifting, and ensure high-quality repairs. Your dealership experience will enhance your ability to deliver exceptional customer service while working with schematics and assembly processes.
