Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of French and European breads, pastries, and desserts with attention to authenticity and detail
Decorate cakes and confections using advanced cake decorating techniques to create visually stunning products
Handle food preparation tasks including mixing, shaping, proofing, and finishing baked goods
Ensure all food handling practices adhere to strict food safety standards and sanitation protocols
Assist in packaging baked items attractively for retail display or takeout orders
Maintain a clean,



organized kitchen workspace, including equipment cleaning and stock rotation
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions about products, and offering recommendations

Qualifications
Proven experience in bakery operations, with a focus on French or European baking styles
Skilled in cake decorating, food preparation, and general kitchen procedures
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail in baking, decorating, and presentation of baked goods
