Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented Automotive Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining cars and light trucks and takes pride in completing work accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and drivability concerns
Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and general vehicle repairs
Use diagnostic equipment, wiring diagrams, technical information, hand tools, and power tools
Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate service records
Follow manufacturer specifications and established shop procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Clearly communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations
Work collaboratively with service advisors and other technicians




Deliver consistently high-quality workmanship and customer service

Qualifications
Previous experience in an automotive repair shop or dealership
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Experience with electrical troubleshooting and wiring diagrams
Ability to use contemporary scan tools and automotive diagnostic equipment
Knowledge of vehicle HVAC systems is an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s licence
Automotive Service Technician certification or Red Seal endorsement is an asset
