Lead the Men’s Recovery Program as the Campus Manager at Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada in Thunder Bay. This full time role combines operational oversight with spiritual mentorship within a Christ-centered workplace.

As the Campus Manager, you will provide leadership and operational management for addiction recovery services. Your role focuses on fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and servant leadership among staff and volunteers. You will ensure program excellence, monitor client progress, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards in a supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and supervise campus staff and volunteers • Monitor program outcomes and client progress • Ensure safety and compliance with health standards • Oversee operational needs and budget accountability • Build relationships within the community and faith-based partners

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required • Leadership experience in addiction recovery or ministry • Current First Aid Certification required • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills • Valid driver’s license and transparent Vulnerable Sector Clearance
