Canada Camera Rentals is a growing camera equipment rental company based in Canmore. We are a small, passionate team looking for a reliable and knowledgeable person to help run our warehouse and front desk.

This is a hands-on role preparing camera rental orders, checking returned equipment, assisting walk-in customers and keeping the warehouse organised.

Responsibilities
Pick, test and pack camera rental orders
Check cameras, lenses, batteries, chargers, cables and accessories
Receive, inspect and clean returned equipment
Identify missing or damaged items
Check equipment in and out using our rental system
Assist customers collecting and returning equipment
Prepare courier shipments
Keep the warehouse, front desk and packing areas organised
Complete general end-of-day cleaning

What We’re Looking For
Valuable practical knowledge of cameras, lenses and photography or filmmaking equipment
Familiarity with major camera systems such as Canon, Sony, Nikon and others
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable, organised and comfortable following procedures
Friendly and professional with customers




Comfortable using computers and learning inventory systems
Able to work independently once fully trained
Willing to help with a variety of areas of a small business

The warehouse operates at a steady pace. Accuracy and careful equipment handling are more significant than rushing. Because we are a small team, there will be times when you work alone once fully trained. Experience in camera rental, photography, filmmaking, camera retail, warehousing or customer service would be an advantage.

Applicants should be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting equipment cases weighing up to approximately 20–25 kg.
