Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients of ServiceOntario
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and skilled manner -- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proficient in verbal English and French is manadatory
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
