We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing Cochrane, AB team.

What you will be doing:
Dispatching HVAC/R technicians
Ensuring that we are receiving invoices and sending out invoices in a timely fashion
Answering phones
Interacting with customers
Creating and tracking work orders

What you bring:
Phone and computer skills
Organized
Responsible
A sense of "ownership"
Personable but qualified
Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
A good memory
An overall knowledge of HVAC / R systems is a huge asset as well.
