You’ll coordinate between customers and our skilled technicians, helping to streamline diagnostics, maintenance or repair services to enhance customer satisfaction. Duties
Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs.
Explain recommended repairs and maintenance options clearly, ensuring customers understand their vehicle’s condition.
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize service work and provide realistic time estimates to customers.
Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain detailed financial records.
Maintain organized records of service orders, customer interactions, and sales activities to support efficient operations.

Qualifications




Prior experience working in a dealership or automotive service setting is highly preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience is a strong advantage for understanding vehicle repairs and communicating effectively with technicians and customers.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that builds rapport quickly.
Proven ability to sell services while maintaining integrity and transparency with customers.
Comfortable handling cash transactions accurately and managing financial records diligently.
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain technical information clearly to customers and technicians alike.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while staying organized and detail-oriented.
