As an Earthworks Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in earthworks activities, ensuring compliance with approved construction plans.

With a robust emphasis on safety and leadership, you will manage scopes and schedules, addressing any performance issues that arise. You will also collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to guarantee that construction requirements align with project goals. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise earthworks activities, including excavation and grading

Monitor subcontractor performance and address issues effectively
Track performance and support forecasting activities

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in engineering or construction management
Experience in EPCM projects within mining or relevant industries
Proven coordination in brownfield environments
Solid understanding of earthworks methodologies
History managing contracts and purchase orders
