Responsibilities include answering inquiries, demonstrating tools, and engaging clients with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer inquiries promptly
Engage clients with a friendly and skilled demeanor
Demonstrate use of power tools and outdoor tools
Manage multiple projects with professionalism
Communicate effectively in high-pressure situations

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Basic computer skills are a must
English reading and writing proficiency
Ability to solve simple math problems
Must lift at least 50lbs regularly
