The role requires at least seven years of progressive experience in Human Resources and employee relations, especially in unionized environments. Lead employee and labour relations functions at the College
Manage grievance processes and provide strategic guidance




Collaborate with union representatives and College leaders
Develop training tools for employees and leaders
Monitor employee and labour relations activities and trends Requirements:
Minimum four-year postsecondary degree required
Seven years of employee/labour relations experience
Expertise in interpreting collective agreements
Robust communication and analytical skills
