In your role as Enforcement Officer, you'll be instrumental in conducting compliance monitoring, addressing public concerns, and maintaining safety on TRCA-managed lands. Key Responsibilities:



• Perform regular compliance inspections of development sites • Negotiate compliance strategies with stakeholders • Investigate unauthorized land use and environmental infractions • Maintain effective communication with community partners • Prepare legal documentation and court briefs as necessary

Requirements: • Relevant Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma • 4+ years of enforcement-related experience • Understanding of the Conservation Authorities Act • Valid Ontario Class G driver's license • Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Screening
