As a sales consultant, you will have access to the most extensive, high-paying recent domestic and all-brand pre-owned inventory levels in the region, and join an established dealer group with 5 store-fronts. Duties
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their budget and requirements
Conduct test drives with customers to showcase the features and performance of different vehicles
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to ensure a fair and satisfactory sales transaction
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, current promotions, and dealership policies
Maintain a clean and organized showroom workplace
Requirements:
Previous experience in car sales
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Retail sales and hospitality experience is beneficial
Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to upsell additional products or services
