Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate People & Culture program logistics annually • Offer guidance on employee relations and HR policies • Foster solid connections with people leaders for timely support • Assist in workplace investigations and data gathering • Manage documentation for the entire employee lifecycle

Requirements: • Diploma or degree in HR, psychology, or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in People & Culture • Must possess relevant CPHR designation or be a candidate • Solid understanding of HR best practices and legislation • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
