Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person, via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services that meet customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.




Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers, clearly and concisely
Stay organized by documenting every interaction.

Qualifications
Previous experience in sales is preferred.
Robust analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on in-person and phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Solid communications skills required, as you will deal with customers on a daily basis.
