Key Responsibilities
· Assist customers in selecting the right current or used vehicle
· Deliver skilled vehicle presentations and test drives
· Build trust using a consultative, non-confrontational sales approach
· Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and social media
· Follow up with prospects for repeat and referral business
· Stay current on inventory and product knowledge
· Attend sales meetings and training
What You Bring
· Experience in sales, customer service, or automotive sales (asset)
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Outgoing, positive, and results-driven attitude
· Comfortable using social media
· Basic computer and internet skills
· Desire to build a long-term sales career
Requirements
· Valid New Brunswick driver’s license
· Clean driving abstract
· Criminal background check
