The Prospect: We are looking for a Licensed Architect to join our team! The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have a high attention to detail, and capable of managing multiple tasks/projects with ease.

Key Responsibilities:
Offering solutions during the building process.
Create conceptual designs, sketches, and detailed, high-quality construction documents and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants (structural, mechanical, electrical engineers), contractors, and stakeholders.
Ensure all projects adhere strictly to building codes,



safety regulations, and zoning bylaws.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Active registration with the relevant regional governing body- Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) or AIA).
A skilled degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
Experience in the Restaurant and hospitality industry preferred.
Experience in project delivery and construction administration.
Advanced knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD), Building Information Modeling (Revit/BIM), and 3D rendering tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
