Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing daily activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Support children during classroom activities, ensuring their safety, engagement, and well-being at all times.
Provide dedicated one-on-one or small-group support for up to three hours each day to children who benefit from additional guidance, individualized strategies, or enhanced support to participate fully in the classroom workplace.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom workplace that encourages exploration and learning.
Foster positive interactions with children, encouraging communication, independence, and social development.
Support children with diverse learning styles, developmental needs,



and abilities by adapting activities and providing individualized assistance as needed.
Communicate effectively with children, families, and team members to promote a collaborative and inclusive learning setting.
Assist in monitoring children's progress and share observations with lead teachers to support ongoing planning and individualized programming.

Pay: $23.00 per hour
