Enhance water service reliability as the Director of Reliability Engineering at Infrastructure and Water Services. Lead technical initiatives to boost asset performance and operational standards. This full time managerial position requires an engineering degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including leadership within reliability, maintenance, or asset performance.
Focus on the Reliable Program, developing methodologies that ensure operational effectiveness and adherence to regulatory standards. You'll collaborate with engineering and operations, focusing on continuous optimization and risk management. Key Responsibilities:
Lead development of reliability engineering methodologies
Define frameworks for monitoring asset health
Approve maintenance strategies aligned with RCM practices
Facilitate seamless communication within operational teams
Identify and mitigate risks through data analysis Requirements:
Relevant engineering degree
Minimum of 10 years in engineering roles
Qualified engineering (P.Eng.) designation preferred
Solid understanding of asset performance metrics
Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams Contribute to operational success and reliability in the Infrastructure and Water Services sector.
