Duties
Perform oil changes, fluid replacements, and filter replacements efficiently and accurately
Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and communicate findings to the service team
Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks according to manufacturer specifications
Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, brake inspections, and light repairs
Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use




Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic questions about vehicle care
Support the dealership’s sales efforts by recommending additional maintenance services when appropriate

Qualifications
Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive systems and maintenance procedures
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and safety protocols
Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the automotive industry
