Job Overview:
We are looking for an eager, motivated and cheerful individual to join our expanding team as a Dental Receptionist. This candidate has the opportunity to grow within a quick-paced, patient-centered office.
Our dental team is made up of 3 Dentists, 5 Hygienists, 3 Dental Assistants and 4 Administrative staff members. We provide services for all ages in preventative, restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
Responsibilities:
Patient Relations:
Greet patients warmly and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
Address patient inquiries and concerns in a skilled and compassionate manner.
Schedule appointments and follow up with patients to confirm upcoming visits or treatment plans.
Administrative Duties:
Answer phones
Process payments
Electronically send and receive claims to insurance companies regarding treatments
Transmit correspondence and medical records by mail, e-mail or fax
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of medical office experience
Ability to multi-task
A positive attitude

WORK HOURS INCLUDE
Monday to Thursday: 9:30am to 6:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Friday - 9:30am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
