The Clinical
Leader plays a vital role in improving service delivery while promoting evidence-based practices in a Family-Centred Care setting. With leadership experience in children's rehabilitation, you will guide clinical operations and support staff in their professional growth.
Your role includes planning cutting-edge services that meet the evolving needs of patients. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical practices in rehabilitation services
Guide career development for other clinicians
Emphasize evidence-based practice implementation
Foster quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate within interprofessional teams Requirements:
Master's degree in a health-related field
At least 5 years of experience in children's rehabilitation
Minimum 2 years leadership experience
Eligible for registration with a Nova Scotian professional body
Knowledge of cultural competence in health service delivery Drive innovative change and enhance patient care within IWK Health's rehabilitation services in Halifax.
