We are looking for a friendly, organized, and skilled Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our modern dental office!

We're looking for someone who:
Has dental reception experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Is familiar with ClearDent (an asset)
Is fluent in Persian (an asset)
Has experience with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
Can process insurance claims, billings, and patient payments accurately
Enjoys answering calls, responding to patient questions, and helping patients understand treatment and insurance information
Takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience and ensuring patients feel well cared for from check-in to check-out
