We’re building a team that values compassion, efficiency, and attention to detail—and we’re excited to find a second Dental Receptionist who will be one of the friendly faces of our practice.

Position Overview

As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our patients. You’ll manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative flow within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner
Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
Verify insurance coverage and process billing and payments
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, and recall systems
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday,



and alternating Saturdays

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year previous experience in a dental office is required
Tracker experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided if needed.
Solid communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
